Graham Cooley

Chairman

Dr Graham Cooley brings over 35 years’ experience in the power, energy storage, and hydrogen sectors. He was formerly Business Development Manager at National Power plc and CEO of ITM Power plc. He has led corporate transactions raising over £600 million for UK cleantech SMEs, forged major industrial partnerships, and driven market expansion. Dr Cooley holds a PhD in Materials Physics, an MBA, several fellowship appointments, and is an active investor in AIM-listed cleantech companies. He serves on the Nominations Committee.

Patrick Elliot

Non-Executive Director

Pat Elliott is a company director with 40 years’ experience in investment and corporate management. His career includes roles at Consolidated Gold Fields Australia, Head of Corporate Finance at Morgan Grenfell Australia, and Managing Director of Natcorp Investments. He holds a BCom and an MBA, is a CPA, and serves on the Nominations, Remuneration, and Audit Committees.

Peter Fraser

Non-Executive Director

Peter is a qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience in investment banking and corporate advisory. He currently provides consulting services to corporates and Henslow, part of the Oaklins global advisory network. He specialises in M&A, corporate strategy, and capital raisings, with recent work in mobile communications and high-tech materials. His career spans major transactions across sectors including media, technology, healthcare, and mining, with experience across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa, the USA, the UK, and Europe. He serves on the Remuneration and Audit Committees.

Dr Anthony Sive

Anthony is a seasoned executive with over 30 years’ international business experience, committed to social responsibility, governance, and strategic oversight. He leverages technology and human ingenuity to drive innovation and uphold ethical standards. His achievements include leading major business transformations, growing revenues, and executing large-scale projects focused on creating shareholder value. Anthony holds a PhD in Fluid Dynamics, an MCom in Advanced Finance, is a Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He serves on the Remuneration and Audit Committees.

Joanna Morbey

Non-Executive Director

Joanna is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) with over 20 years’ experience in accounting and company secretarial roles across investment banking, property development, and mineral exploration. She has served as Company Secretary for several ASX-listed companies, including Ioneer Ltd, Argonaut Resources NL, and Tamboran Resources Ltd.
